Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers. ? Update graphic order sheets (GOS) used for internal and external customers. ? Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval ? Manage customer requests, including changes to art. ? Perform incoming graphic file inspections. ? Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements. ? Understand the product flow through production departments. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ? Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. ? Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred. ? Have an understanding of artwork and Flexo Printing ? Strong customer service and communication skills ? Detailed-oriented with a high level of organization. ? Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time ? Design software experience (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others) are a plus ? Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others) are a plus ? Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word) a plus ?
