Position Overview: Glazier / Installer As a Glazier / Installer,
youll be the face of our company during the final stage of product
fulfillmentinstallation. You will play a key role in delivering
high-quality service and creating a positive experience in our
customers' homes. Key Responsibilities Inspect all job materials
for accuracy, proper sizing, style, and any defects before
installation. Safely load materials, tools, paperwork, and safety
equipment into the company vehicle. Communicate with both the
office and customer regarding any changes or delays to the
appointment schedule. Confirm installation details on-site,
including scope of work, materials, location, and customer
expectations. Complete installations efficiently and
professionally; troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site as needed.
If a job cannot be completed, document all issues clearly,
communicate with the office, and help plan for follow-up service.
Maintain a clean and respectful work environment inside the
customers home or business (e.g., using protective coverings).
Educate customers on product care, maintenance, and warranties;
explain how to reach us for future service needs. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in residential glass installation.
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with
clean DMV record. Ability to pass a background check and drug
screening. Physically fit with the ability to lift and maneuver up
to100 lbs. unassisted. Tools to be able to complete basic glazing
jobs. Preferred Skills Experience with residential glass
replacement (single/double-pane windows, shower enclosures,
skylights). Window/door installation (both new construction and
retrofit). Weatherproofing and repair of windows and doors. Strong
troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Clear and professional
verbal and written communication. Highly organized, self-motivated,
