This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept facility by performing daily grounds and property upkeep. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently in outdoor conditions. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and overtime potential. Responsibilities • Maintain facility roadways free of debris and trash • Perform daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds • Mow grass and operate weed eaters as needed • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times • Cross-train and assist in other work areas as assigned Qualifications and Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required • Ability to lift and carry 15–20 lbs. • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods • Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits and Perks • Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour with overtime opportunities • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options • Paid holidays • 401(k) retirement plan • Training and opportunities for long-term growth Your New Organization Join a well-established leader in the line pipe distribution industry that values safety, reliability, and teamwork.
