Job Description:
Clinical Support Specialist
SUMMARY
Responsible for client files and heavy data entry; disperses client
information to referral and contracting sources; schedules
appointments; gives information to callers as needed.

Education, Licensure and/or Experience
The Clinical Support Specialist shall hold at minimum a High School
diploma and possess one year of related experience. Bachelor's
degree preferred in a related field and possess one year of related
experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short
correspondence, and memos. Ability to communicate effectively both
verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals
inside and outside the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as fractions,
percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one
or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized
situations with occasional variables.

Management) Training.

push/pull up to 50 lbs. Occasionally required to climb stairs
Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch or required to stand
from a kneeling position, with both knees down, 5 times in one
minute
