success.Position SummaryThe Audit Senior is expected to perform a
variety of public accounting duties with above average knowledge of
all areas of the practice. The Audit Senior will mainly be
responsible for the delivery of audit services for multiple clients
in a variety of industries. The Audit Senior will gain a
comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and
business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements.
Responsibilities include performing audits and reviewing procedures
as assigned by supervisors, preparing audit and review work papers,
participating in planning and scheduling client engagements,
preparing trial balances and compiling financial statements. The
Audit Senior is expected to have exceptional communication skills
allowing for effective relationship building at all levels and must
be able to work independently and in teams to accomplish a
goal.ObjectivesTechnical KnowledgeHighly knowledgeable in theory
and practice of auditing proceduresCreates accurate work papers and
financial statements efficientlyApplies advanced problem solving,

assignments involving theory and conceptual areasPossesses a
working knowledge of federal, state and local tax

degree in Accounting from an accredited college or
universityRequired - 3+ years of public accounting experience as an
auditor, demonstrating a progression in complexity of auditing and
accounting tasksStrong computer application skills - proficient in
MS Office including ExcelStrong organization skillsCandidates are
required to successfully complete a background checkCPA and / or
Master's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or
university (a plus)Salary and Benefits - commensurate with
experience$125,000-$175,000
