The ideal candidate will be a versatile and essential member of the team providing comprehensive support in all aspects of litigation. This role requires a strong understanding of litigation procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with attorneys and firm staff onsite to ensure the efficient management of cases.

Responsibilities would include:

Case Management

Document Preparation

E-Discovery

Trial Support Court Filings

Client Communication

Legal Compliance and Confidentiality and Legal Office Administration



Qualifications:

JD, Bachelor--s degree, Associates degree or a Certificate in paralegal studies, legal studies or related field.

Several years-- experience as a litigation paralegal familiar with the litigation process from case initiation to post trial procedures.

Experience in product liability and/or civil litigation is highly desired.

Knowledge of litigation procedures, including court rules, and filing requirements and deadlines.

Familiarity with both Texas state and federal court systems.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software

Ability to adapt to evolving legal processes in the context of litigation
